G.Loomis has the Expeditor system where you call them, give them your credit card info, they charge you around $60.00 and then ship you a new rod. When you get the new rod you put your broken rod in the shipping tube that has return postage. For $50 or $60 you get a new rod which also includes shipping both ways. I have not seen anyone dissatisfied with this system. I am assuming that this is still their warranty system....
