Hi Mike, It is my understanding that the OBS was designed for distance casting, utilizing a very thin running line section. This thin running line is a bit hard to handle for continuous, short casting. IMHO The Sage Bass 330 is really a great line for LMB. BTW: I used this line for similar casting (and line handling) for snook and it worked great! $.02 Lee
