No permit Pat...sorry...I havent seen any in 3 times out I the water. They probably know that those are your patterns and they run away when they see your fly at the end of my tippet..Guatemala! ja! I will find a nice school is just a matter of time and I will take them into Ascension Bay in september for a try. Best
