Hey Ben, I agree with what you said 100%. I don't have anything bad to say about the airlines. I just returned form Loreto. The airlines luggage handlers tore my bag up pretty good. When I got home I called the airlines and complained, they didn't ask me to prove it, or bring the bag down and let them look it over, they simply sent me a check for $275.00 and a $75.00 discount on my next trip. That's my kind of airline :) Carl Blackledge
