My uncle who passed away recently was a very well known/respected surgeon in the LA area.
Despite his incredible accuracy in the operating room he was not too proficient in the kitchen but loved to cook.Occasional mishaps were fairly common, producing minor cuts etc.
Perhaps as long as 20 years ago he used super glue to close any open wounds in his hands prior to scrubbing for surgical procedures.
Apparently you cannot operate on someone if you have any open wounds at all on your hands, wrists etc.I thought it was an ingenious way to tackle a tough problem.
I wish I was super glueing my line cuts together as that would mean that I had been on the water enough to produce them. I hope you folks are looking at the super glue issue as as high class problem. It sure is from my prospective.
