|High quality cork is as close as your computer, but it comes at a price. I never fell for silver reel bands or burl reel seats. Give me a composite seat any day - form follows function. To me cork is both aesthetically pleasing and the ultimate in functionality. Easy to repair or replace. Gets grippy when wet and 3-D squishiness. And to top it all off, it is 100% natural, sustainable, supports ecosystems and generations of families.|
Spend 30 seconds here: p://wwf.panda.org/what_we_do/where_we_work/mediterranean/about/forests/cork/
To clean cork, rub about 30 seconds with a wet "Mr. Clean Magic Eraser" and you would swear it was new. Magic!
