Around 13' long #7 line size in 4 piece is a good all around Spey rod.

TFO, Redington, Echo, Beulah, Anderson and Ross all have afordable series.

Skagit lines are the easiest and most versatile.

For that size Sey rod you need about a 10 weight single hand fly reel for weight and capacity.
