Wow... what a beautiful whaler. My son rebuilt a 13' whaler and it too is spectacular. My father once built a mahagany v hull, Miss B, that was a knock out.There is a picture of Miss B in High Rollers along with the story about my skiff. I guess none of the apples fell all that far from the tree in our clan. I think Alan Jackson said it best when he sang in DRIVE," you can't beat the way an old wood boat rides".There is a plaque I had made on my boat that reads, " a thirty minute ride in a skiff passes by faster than a half hour ride in a pickup"!
