Further to Henry's comments about Cuba, and Cayo Largo in particular, you might want to read this http://www.cubamania.com/cuba/showthread.php?t=22541 Having been to Cayo Largo DIY a couple of times I can attest to it's appeal but it seems that has become a thing of the past. A shame as there are quite a few DIY opportunities there.
