Wow. I haven't been there in the past 5 years but if I am not mistaken, that is the jetty out of the Harkers Island Fishing Center. I did NOT realize there were adult reds out in the blue water. All the red fishing we did there was chasing puppies back in the marsh. And I was there 5 years in a row. Does that happen often?
